Eligibility and account
The service is offered to registered businesses and professionals in India. You are responsible for the accuracy of your KYC details and for all activity under your credentials.
Acceptable use
You must have valid, documented consent from every recipient you message.
Prohibited content includes fraud, phishing, adult content, unlicensed financial or gambling promotions, hate speech and anything unlawful under Indian law.
Promotional traffic must respect DND registry rules and permitted sending windows.
Compliance obligations
You are responsible for maintaining DLT entity registration, approved headers and approved templates. We assist with registration but cannot guarantee operator approval.
Messages rejected by operators or DLT scrubbing are billed as per operator rules where applicable.
Credits, billing and taxes
Message credits are prepaid, non-transferable between accounts and valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
All prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.
Service levels and limitation of liability
We target 99.9% platform uptime. Delivery depends on operator networks, handset state and recipient preferences, and cannot be guaranteed.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Suspension and governing law
We may suspend an account immediately for abuse, non-payment or regulatory instruction.
These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
