We started in 2018 with one SMS route and a handful of local retailers. Today we move over half a billion messages a month for 2,500+ businesses — and we still answer the phone ourselves.
Our story
Deliverability was never a solved problem
It was solved for enterprises with dedicated telecom teams — not for growing Indian businesses.
Cursor Solution Private Limited began as a two-person reseller in Sector-3, Noida, helping neighbourhood retailers send festival offers over SMS. The technology worked; the routes did not. Messages arrived hours late, delivery reports were fiction and nobody could explain why.
So we went upstream. We secured direct operator connectivity, built our own monitoring on top of it and started publishing the failure codes our competitors hid. When DLT arrived, we turned compliance into an onboarding service instead of a customer problem.
Since then we've added WhatsApp Business API, RCS Business Messaging, voice broadcasting, email and OTP infrastructure — always with the same rule: if a message does not land, it is our problem to explain and fix.
