Information we collect
Account data you provide: name, business name, work email, phone number, GSTIN and billing address.
Platform data: sender IDs, message templates, recipient numbers you upload, delivery reports and API logs.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.
How we use your data
To deliver messages you submit, route them to operators and return delivery receipts.
To register headers and templates with DLT operators on your behalf, as required by TRAI regulations.
To bill your account, provide support, prevent fraud and improve platform reliability.
We never sell your data or your recipients' data, and we do not use recipient lists for our own marketing.
Data retention
Message content and delivery logs are retained for 90 days by default for audit and dispute resolution, or longer where law requires.
Recipient lists you upload can be deleted from your account at any time; deletion is permanent within 30 days across backups.
Sharing and disclosure
We share the minimum data necessary with telecom operators, WhatsApp/Meta, RCS carriers and payment gateways to provide the service.
We may disclose data where required by an order of a competent Indian authority or to protect against fraud and abuse.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by writing to our support team.
You can opt out of marketing emails from us at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel with audit logging.
